Child Care Cost
Tuition is charged by the week and paid on the Monday before care is given. Arrangements may be made for tuition to be paid on a monthly basis. Monthly payments are due on the first of each month and include a 2.5% discount. Payments can be made by debit/ credit card, check, or cash at the front counter. Tuition can also be paid online at www.myprocare.com. Just enter your email on file with us and create a password. That’s it!
Tuition will be charged for holidays and days your child does not attend the center. We do honor a free 2-week vacation once a year to children enrolled for a minimum of one year. No tuition is due for this time, provided the school has been notified at least 2 weeks in advance.
If the schools are closed temporarily due to health precautions, weather conditions, or any other reason beyond the control of the Owner, normal tuition fees will continue to accrue. Tuition is NOT REFUNDABLE due to vacations, severe weather-related incidents or any closing that is beyond the control of the Owner. The decision is made at the discretion of the Owner.
In the event your child cannot attend school due to illness, a doctor’s note will be requested to void payment for those particular days/week. If a child is absent for an extended period for any reason, but expects to return, tuition will be charged to reserve the child's place. Otherwise, the vacancy may be filled.
A one-time non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 for the first child, and $50.00 for each additional child, is required to hold a place. The registration fee must be paid yearly, each time the child is enrolled. There is a 10% discount for each additional child in the same family; the discount is applied to the oldest child/children.
You will be charged a $35.00 fee if a check is returned by the bank for any reason.
